Important Information
Pike fishing requires specialist techniques and fish handling knowledge. For this reason, pike fishing is not suitable for complete beginners unless accompanied by an experienced angler or one of our guides.

Esthwaite Water Rules And Regulations
Pike Fishing Rules
1 - The Pike fishing season runs from 1st October until 31st March inclusive.
2 - Permitted methods include lure, fly or dead bait. All dead bait to be purchased onsite.
3 - A maximum of 3 rods to be used per angler.
4 - Day tickets are valid from dawn until dusk. Boat hire is available between 8am and 4pm.
5 - Overnight stays are permitted by prior arrangement. Bivvies or vans only - no tents.
6 - Minimum tackle requirements are strictly enforced for fish welfare. All Pike anglers must have the following before fishing commences :
